Estate country
Arrington, home of Arrington Vineyards, is known for its large estate lots between Franklin and College Grove. The land rolls in long hills and open pasture, and many homes here were built around a pool, a spa or a water feature. We maintain those in-ground pools and water features the way these properties deserve, week after week.
Arrington is part of our regular Williamson County routes, and we have cared for pools in the county since 2013. You get a consistent technician, balanced water and a clear summary of what was done on each visit. If something looks off with a pump or heater, you hear about it from us first, not after the water turns.
Passion Pool Care is family-owned and run by John and Tammy from our home base in Murfreesboro. Highway 96 links Murfreesboro to Arrington, so your pool sits right on our path into Williamson County. Quotes are free and come with no pressure, and there is no long-term contract to sign.
Estate pools
Big lots, sloping ground and elaborate pool features give Arrington pools their own to-do list.
01
Arrington homes often sit on sloped lots, so a heavy spring storm can wash mulch, soil and grass clippings straight into the pool. Runoff brings in nutrients that feed algae and can throw the chemistry off overnight. After big storms we pay extra attention to debris, filter pressure and sanitizer levels so a muddy pool does not turn into a green one.
02
Many Arrington estate pools come with an attached spa, a sheer descent, a rock waterfall or another water feature. Each one adds plumbing, valves and surfaces where scale and algae like to hide. We clean and check these features along with the main pool, keep the spa water balanced, and make sure the automation switches between them the way it should.
03
Middle Tennessee clay swells when it is wet and shrinks during dry spells, and Arrington is no exception. Over time that movement can open gaps at the coping, crack decking or stress plumbing lines. We keep an eye out for new cracks, unexplained water loss and shifting around the equipment pad, and we tell you early so a small issue stays small.
04
Arrington gets warm, humid summers and winters with real hard freezes. Some owners swim from late spring into fall and close the pool for winter, while others keep it running all year. We handle openings and closings either way, and when a pool stays open we watch freeze protection and circulation through the coldest nights of the year, so a surprise cold snap stays a non-event.
